It was amazingly easy. I used an 8x8 pan, and my marshmallows were HUGE! It actually turned out well since I was giving a gourmet-style gift of just 3 giant marshmallows in a cutsie wrapping. (They really looked posh and expensive. Only I knew how easy and cheap they were!)
