Last summer, a friend of mine went to California and came back with a huge bag of avocados from their friend's tree in the backyard. Wouldn't it be cool to grow avocados in your own back yard? My friend doesn't cook and didn't really know what to do with the avocados, so she gave them to me! I made this guacamole for her (and us) and everyone agreed, this is by far the best guacamole ever!
The recipes says this makes 4 servings. I doubled it so we could use it in a couple recipes this week and have extra for snacking. A double batch makes a HUGE amount. One would have been plenty. I do think it's a little salty, but I still rate it the best.

we love Guacamole as a condiment, a dip, or heck...even as a main dish!
Hello! This comment isn't actually for the guacamole, but I couldn't find a place for general comments or for sending email. I wanted say that I have tried a number of the recipes and they have been great! Also, I absolutely LOVE your avatar and I was wondering if you would share where you made it? Thanks for so many great recipes and ideas!
