
If you've taken the Wilton cake decorating classes, as I am doing now, you probably understand that I have a gajillion containers of buttercream leftover. One way to use it up for a snack or simple dessert....spread on top of a graham cracker!

My mom ALWAYS put extra frosting on graham crackers when we were growing up. I love it!
